Swimming Sunday night is swim training - in the pool at Moray Leisure Centre. We plan to organise camera sessions (review your own stroke), training and coached sessions - all depending upon demand. These sessions should help everyone, from novice to expert. But if you wish to just swim - there will be plenty of space for that too! We also get chance to use the sauna and jacuzzi after training - chance to chat, gossip, relax... Now that the lighter nights are here, Jane has been going out on the bike & then finishing with a run after the swim & she is looking for anyone else who wants to join her! TIME 18:00 - 20:00
Weds. Nights The spinning sessions have been knocked on the head for the summer, the new format for Wednesday nights are somewhere along the lines of 1900 - Into pool for short, fast swim session - race distance and pace 1920/1930 - Meet at bike racks outside MLC - go for group cycle (this can be organised into fast/medium/slow groups as preferred - race distances) After cycle set out for run (this can be organised into fast/medium/slow groups as preferred - race distances) Basically - the sets can be whatever people want - fast/slow/race pace/race distance/with group etc etc..
